Vision Statement
To see people saved and in a growing healthy relationship with Christ; to see them serving Christ in a meaningful way and ultimately winning others to Christ.

Church Administrator
The church administrator is appointed by and works directly with the Senior Pastor to assist in supervising and managing the daily operations of all ministries and events of the Community Nazarene Church. The church administrator has full privileges on the board of directors. The church administrator gives directions to the pastoral team and ministry team leaders. All ministry team leaders are accountable to the church administrator. 

Executive Team
The executive team has been appointed by and works directly with the senior pastor to administrate the various areas of ministry operations. They give input to the senior pastor and provide guidance and direction for the pastoral and ministry support team. The Executive Team is comprised of the following servant leaders: Church Administrator, Secretary, Treasurer, President of Trustees and Senior Pastor.

Pastoral Team
The pastoral team provides spiritual guidance for the church membership as assigned by areas within the church community. They also administrate various areas of ministry operations within the church. The Pastoral Team is comprised of the following servant leaders: Director of music, Director of Stewards, Director of Hospital and Home Visitation, Director of Small groups, Director of Outreach/Evangelism.

Ministry Support Team
The ministry support team is responsible for carrying out all administrative and operational directives.

Board of Trustees
While the senior pastor has the ultimate responsibility of answering to God for the progress of the ministry, state law dictate the institution of a Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees are elected by members present at the annual church elections. The elected trustees are voting members of the church board.

The Board of Trustees gives spiritual and practical guidance in the operations of the ministry as a corporation and biblical institution.

The Board of Trustees work in concert with the Senior Pastor and Church Administrator.
